Hello!
My name is Tianfang Li, but my friends and colleagues call me Tian (sounds like T-N). I am a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and have master's and bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Economics and Management from China. I thrive on guiding students through the fascinating realms of economics and statistics, while my research passion lies in labor economics, development economics, and policy evaluation. I hope to provide students with the skills and insights needed for success in Economics by combining academic concepts with real-world applications. I believe in the power of active learning, collaborative projects, and thoughtful discussions to inspire intellectual growth and critical thinking.
